Bruce Springsteen nuove pubblicazioni: in arrivo un EP e un DVD

Si avvicina il Record Store Day, la giornata mondiale dedicata ai negozi di dischi indipendenti (il 19 aprile), e fioccano le uscite ad hoc. L’ultimo in ordine di tempo è Bruce Springsteen, che ha annunciato la pubblicazione di un nuovo EP, intitolato American Beauty. Il disco conterrà al suo interno quattro tracce, tre delle quali provenienti dalle stesse session di High hopes, il suo ultimo album: si tratta diAmerican beauty, Mary Mary e Hey blue eyes. Non è però la sola release che il Boss ha in programma nei prossimi mesi. Il 25 marzo arriverà nei negozi A MusiCares tribute to Bruce Springsteen, il DVD che documenta il concerto tributo tenutosi a Los Angeles nel febbraio 2013, quando Springsteen fu nominato “Person of the Year” dall’associazione benefica MusiCares. All’evento parteciparono Neil Young con i Crazy Horse, i Mumford and Sons,Patti Smith, Emmylou Harris, John Legend, Sting, Jim James, Elton John, Tom Morello,Jackson Browne e tanti altri.
